Our food
Our vibrant, seasonal menus are mostly vegetarian and vegan and bring together the flavours of the world, without the airmiles.
We use modern ingredients, techniques and flavours to deliver a contemporary food experience, whether at the office or for a special occasion.
Everything is made from scratch, using premium ingredients and sourced from our incredible suppliers across the UK and Europe. We make food that nourishes, no matter your dietary needs.

Lamya
FOUNDER / DIRECTOR
Over a period of five years, alongside her marketing career, Lamya decided to explore her passion for food by managing street food stalls and hosting supper clubs.
These experiences allowed her to nurture her love for food, sustainably-minded values, and entrepreneurial instincts. In 2019, Lamya made the decision to leave the corporate world behind to retrain at Le Cordon Bleu and launch arch in 2020.

Ellie
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Ellie comes to arch with nearly 10 years experience managing events and she has organised everything from a private 20 person dinner at the British Museum, to a 6000 person convention at Printworks.
Ellie’s previous venue roster includes the Science Museum, Middle Temple, Tower of London, Somerset House and Old Bishopsgate.

Sofia
KITCHEN OPERATIONS MANAGER
Sofia’s background working in Michelin Star pastry kitchens comes in handy as she manages the detail or the day to day operations of our Kitchen. Supporting chefs, managing suppliers and looking after the finer details of each order.

Xhonatan
HEAD EVENTS CHEF
Xhonatan heads up our events cheffing team, looking after everything from small intimate dinners at home to canapé receptions and fine dining in the city.
His meticulous attention to detail, love for excellent produce and background in everything from Italian to Japanese fine dining makes him skilled at delivering an outstanding food experience at our events.

Raphaela
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Raphaela has worked for 10 years in events running a range of types and scale at a co-educational independent school in south London and at the Australian High Commission. Before that she managed restaurants and pubs. She looks after all the behind the scenes details that ensure our events, deliveries and logistics runs smoothly.

Lewis
JUNIOR SOUS - PRODUCTION
Lewis joins us from Dom’s Subs and brings with him a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences for those in offices.
He looks after the menu creation and production for team meals, whether thats a serviced breakfast, a build your own taco bar, or a regular team lunch in the workplace.

CHEF DE PARTIE - PRODUCTION
Maria works with Lewis to ensure our workplace clients receive delicious food from their daily changing breakfasts and lunches. She brings a diverse range of experience having worked at well known establishments such as Brat and Dusty Knuckle.

Ayse
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Ayse manages our events and deliveries for under 100 people, from enquiry all the way through the completion. Her background in the Wedding industry in Cornwall helped to cement her love for events before moving to London to work with arch.

Kaya
STAFFING COORDINATOR
Kaya looks after the Front of House team including our event supervisors and event managers. She schedules the staffing for our events, recruits new team members and is involved in their training and development, ensuring a great guest experience.

Tilly
TEAM COORDINATOR
Tilly looks after our office space and kitchen facilities and provides vital admin support across the business. She’s also responsible for ensuring all of our event equipment and drinks are packed and organised before each event.

Dominic
KITCHEN ASSISTANT
Dominic brings over 30 years experience working in kitchens to arch and is the backbone of our operations. Responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and assisting the chefs, we also reckon he’s the quickest arancini-roller in London

Michael
DRIVER
Michael’s previous experience driving a black cab and working for Addison Lee as a courier means he’s an expert at getting across London. Whether you’re ordering for delivery, or we are loading equipment for your event, Michael will be your point of contact.
